Masculinity means to me is that all men have some so-called feminine traits, and all women have some masculine ones. We were taught that women and men are opposite of each other in many ways. The way I see it is that we are more alike than different. I was brought up in CT and we were taught to be feminine and I always felt more. I loved wearing boy clothing, playing with boy toys, etc. I never felt comfortable in women's clothing. Once I realized I prefer to wear masculine clothing is when I felt more comfortable in myself in how I look. Whether we are women or men is not determined just by our sex organs. It's how we feel about ourselves and how we see ourselves in life regardless of how society portrays the Gender Identities that people should be.
